Voice Systems – Time Change Instructions

Innovation

From the voice mail computer:

1. Press [F9].

2. Follow the prompts to update the time and date.

 

Mitel Super Switch 200

From Console:

Set Time
* 5 HHMM

Set Date
* 15 MMDDYY

 

Partner ACS

Can only be done at extension 10 or 11.

<FEAT> 00 <Left Intercom> <Left Intercom> # 103

<Enter the new Time> (Enter time in 24 hour format. Example 2:15 pm would be 14:15)

PCS Digital

Phone Time Change
1. Access Database Programming (FEAT #* 000000)
2. Press [next] until display reads 4. Resource and press [show].
3. Go to SYSTEM TIME and press [show]
4. Go to Hour and press [change] and dial the hour in 24 hour format and press [save].
5. Go to Minute and press [change] dial the current minute. Press [save].

Voice Mail Time Change

1. Press MSG
2. When Voice Mail Answers dial ##00
3. Enter Admin Password 9#56
4. Choose option 4 and follow prompts to change date and time.

 

Samsung DCS & SVMI

From the attendant or programming station:

1. With your handset on-hook, press the [TRSF] key and then dial 200.
The display shows “ENABLE CUS. PROG. PASSCODE”.

2. Dial the four digit passcode (1234).
The display shows “ENABLE CUS. PROG. – DISABLE”.

3. Dial 1 to enable.
The display shows “ENABLE CUS. PROG. – ENABLE”.

4. Press the [TRSF] key.

5. Press the [TRSF] key again and dial 505.

6. Enter the new time and date using the following format:
W MM DD YY HH MM

Day of the week [W]: Enter 0 for Sunday and 6 for Saturday
Month [MM]: Enter 01 for January and 12 for December
Day or the month [DD]: Enter a number in the range of 01-31
Year [YY]: Enter the last two digits of the year
Hours [HH]: Use 24 hour format
Enter a number in the range of 00-24
Minutes [MM]: Enter a number in the range of 00-59

7. Verify the time and date and reenter if necessary.

8. Press the [TRSF] key to store and exit programming.
**If you also have an SVMI-4 or SVMI-8 voice mail system, the voice mail will match the phone system time and date.

 

Samsung iDCS & SVMI VM

From the attendant or programming station:

1. With your handset on-hook, press the [TRSF] key and then dial 200.

**TIME**

? Dial TIME DATE SET access code [188].
? Dial in the time [4 digits required / 12 hour time clock].
? Dial 2 for AM or 7 for PM.
? Dial activation code [#11].
? Hear confirmation tone.
**DATE**

? Dial TIME DATE SET access code [188].
? Press the arrow up key.
? Enter the date: month, day, year [2 digits].
? Dial activation code [#11].
? Hear activation tone.

 

Tadiran Phone System

**TIME**

? Dial TIME DATE SET access code [# 188].
? Dial in the time [4 digits required / 12 hour time clock].
? Dial 2 for AM or 7 for PM.
? Dial activation code [#11].
? Hear confirmation tone.
**DATE**

? Dial TIME DATE SET access code [# 188].
? Press the arrow up key.
? Enter the date: month, day, year [2 digits].
? Dial activation code [#11].
? Hear activation tone.

 

Telrad Phone System & Voicemail (older)

From the pre-programmed time change extension (typically the receptionist):

1. Press the [FEAT] key.

2. Press the [PROG] key.

3. Press the [TIME] key.

4. Dial the time and date in the following sequence:

HH MM (24 hour format) DD MM YY
(Hour Minute Day Month Year)

You must enter both the time and date even though you only need to update the time.

5. Press the [SAVE] key.

**TELRAD VOICE MAIL**

From the voice mail computer located in the equipment room:

1. You may need to turn on the monitor. Press any key to remove the screen saver.

2. Press [F10] which will make the voice mail inoperable to all callers and users.

3. At the {C:\IVM>} prompt, type “CD..”.

4. At the {C:\>} prompt, type “TIME” and press the [ENTER] key.

5. Type the new time in 24 hour format with a colon separating the hour and minutes. Press the [ENTER] key.

6. At the {C:\>} prompt, type “CD IVM”.

7. At the {C:\IVM>} prompt, type “VM”. This should return the voice mail to normal operation. You should see the main menu screen.

8. After resetting, test the voice mail system by pressing any [IVM] key.

 

Telrad Phone System (newer)

From the pre-programmed time change extension (typically the receptionist):

1. Press the [FEAT] key.

2. Press the [PROG] key.

3. Press the [TIME] key.

4. Dial the time and date in the following sequence:

HH MM (24 hour format) DD MM YY
(Hour Minute Day Month Year)

You must enter both the time and date even though you only need to update the time.

5. Press the [SAVE] key.
**If you also have a voice mail system, the voice mail should synchronize to have the correct time from the phone system. If not, please contact our office at 843-744-0150, extension 250 for additional instructions.

 

Telrad Phone System (without Time Key)

1. Press the [FEAT] key.
2. Press the [PROG] key.
3. Press [FEAT] key again.
4. Dial 82
5. Then enter the HH MM DD MM YY.
6. Then press the [SPKR] key.

Note: These instructions are for a set that tech set up as a Time Change Station but the set does not have a [TIME] key.
